B12 is used to come to us via the dirt from our veggies. Now we use too many pesticides and toxins for them to survive. So we inject it into animals and take it from them.

Joey has a harder more direct approach. He used to be in a gang and has turned his life around completely, now dedicated his time 100% to saving animals and getting the message out. His videos are very witty and entertaining to watch, however he has such a great way when faced with confrontation. You can learn a lot when watching his approach and how he handles the argument against veganism from the public. Click his image to go to his YouTube channel.
Gary has some of the most powerful and intellectual lectures & speeches on YouTube on veganism. Dr Michael Greger
Dr Greger is the author of the ultimate vegan bible that every new vegan needs. In fact, they should teach it in schools. The book is called "How not to die". Don't judge a book by its cover this time round, the title might be a bit off putting but the content is scientific, backed up with tests and really is a life saver. He has done many factual YouTube videos and talks, been on vegan documentaries and done cook books to support his teachings. He was in the documentaries "Meet Your Meat", "Peaceable Kingdom", "Earthlings", "A Sacred Duty", "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead", "Planeat", "Forks Over Knives", "Vegucated", "Live and Let Live", "Cowspiracy", "What the Health ", "Carnage", "Dominion", & the latest and famous" The Game Changers". We all remember Russel as the hilarious comedian he is. However his journey through addiction and becoming sober has left him more enlightened and spiritual. His videos really make you think, although he doesn't preach veganism as much as some of the others, he's still got a very good way of slipping it into his hugely famous podcast and posts making it seem like the only option. Russel is honest and very relatable, putting whit and charm into comments making people question their actions.
Dr Michael Klaper
Dr Michael Klaper also has a very factual approach to the Vegan diet. His books include Vegan Nutrition: Pure and Simple and Pregnancy, Children, and the Vegan Diet. He has also appeared in several films related to vegan diet and practice, including "Eat This!", "Cowspiracy", and the hugely famous "What the Health". You may know him for his Oscar and Grammy winning acting skills but the vegan community knows him as a hero who uses his fame for the good. Joaquin is a spokesman for PETA and narrated the documentary "Earthlings".
